At vorkalinaokhit we want you to be satisfied with your relaxation zone products. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Returns Window

You may return an unused relaxation zone product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first via our Contact page so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.

Condition

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, with original packaging where possible. We may refuse returns that are damaged or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order. Delivery costs for sending the product back are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise.

Faulty Products

If your relaxation zone product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
